Nice places to live
You know the type: sticky floors, a fridge from 1998 and a landlord you can never reach. Core Living is the opposite. Every house is finished to the standard you'd want in your own home, with stone counters, new appliances, air conditioning and laundry down the hall, and it's looked after by a local owner who actually picks up the phone.
Stone countertops, new stainless appliances, new floors and finishes. Not a tired house with fresh paint.
Your own washer and dryer, and air conditioning to keep you cool through the summer. No coin machines, no sweating it out.
Close to Richmond Row, restaurants, groceries and transit, with an easy trip to Western University.
Locally owned and managed. When something needs fixing, you deal with the owner directly.
